Ratios and Recommendations
- For daytime events we recommend mixing one container of Fun Foam Liquid Colorant to 50-100 gallons of water and foam solution depending on desired color intensity.
- For nighttime blacklight foam parties we recommend mixing one container of Fun Foam Liquid Colorant to 75-100 gallons of water and foam solution.
- For best results we recommend using at least two 100W LED blacklights to illuminate the foam.
- We don’t recommend using fine mesh strainers on your pump with this product.
- We do not recommend neon purple for UV/blacklight events.
FAQ
A: Yes, Fun Foam Colorant will stain fabrics so wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting permanently stained. It will stain hair and skin temporarily, but it will wash off in the shower with soap and shampoo.
A: Any residual colorant left on these surfaces after a foam party will fade away in the sun after approx. two weeks. Residual colorant can be hosed, or power washed off of concrete and asphalt also.
A: No, Fun Foam Liquid Colorant will not harm grass. Any residual colorant left on grass after a foam event will fade away in the sun after approx. two weeks.
A: Yes, this product is made using non-toxic pigments and is safe for humans and very gentle on the environment. SDS sheets are available upon request.
