PurNeon is Celebration Powder that is neon bright in daylight. Under UV lighting, the color glows in the dark. PurNeon is not made with FD&C colorants and is not considered a food item. PurNeon is made with non-toxic pigments. PurColour recommends the use of sun glasses or goggles during usage.
